A: We accept T/T and L/C. New clients typically require 30% deposit, balance before shipment.
Q: Can you provide samples? How about sample and shipping cost?
A: Samples are available. Samples are free, but clients bear the international shipping cost. The sample fee can be refunded with the first bulk order.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: We offer a 5-year warranty on the main steel structure and 1 year on motors and electric controls for powered equipment.

A: We provide a comprehensive warranty. For proven quality defects, we promise repair, replacement, or compensation based on the situation.
Q: How do you pack products to prevent rust during sea shipping?
A: We use multi-layer packaging: VCI anti-rust paper, waterproof stretch film, and reinforced wooden crates to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
